I very much doubt it. The truth is that Kari Lake was a terrible candidate. The GOP County Attorney Rachel Mitchell was able to win her Maricopa County election race by nearly six percentage points.

I doubt any court will take a poll as proof that fraud occurred.

The group assisting Rasmussen on this poll was the College Republicans United.
And I agree with you. I don’t think that there is a Lawyer out there who would try to offer up a poll in court. And I will bet dollars to dog nuts that some of the same folks who are pointing out this poll will also disparage any poll that shows Trump loosing.

They did have two weeks to forge enough invalid ballots to steal the election.
