The Arizona Supreme Court ultimately ruled the “certified” Governor out for the runner up back then.

Precedence shows the path where Lake and her lawyers are currently citing as relevant.

First that I have read this. There certainly are some parallels.

There are zero parallels.

The margin was 30 votes.

The argument was over how to interpret ballots that were marked both “straight party” but yet had the opposing candidate (Hunt) marked.

The evidence under examination was cut and dried, even if the interpretation of that evidence was not.

Finally, Campbell was seated knowing he might be told to step down later.

There is nothing like that here.

Parallels are both election results were / are being contested by the candidate behind as permitted by law.

So both are lawsuits.

That’s quite a precedent you cite.

Thank you. Pointing out the obvious that candidates have legal rights to contest results. And although rare some of these disputes work out in favor of the person who petitioned the courts.

This is America.

Anyone can sue anyone, for any reason.

And let’s not forget civil defendants enjoy no presumption of innocence.

So who is willing to bet that Kari Lake will end up governor before end of 2023?

I am willing to bet she will not bez

Name your stake.

“Innocence” isn’t really at play in a civil suit.

The party bringing the suit holds the burden of production.

Tell that to the cumulatively thousands of especially “conservative” defendants the Dems have targeted in filing civil suits against in the past. Especially the volume of their cases that ultimately go absolutely nowhere. Yet many of those same innocent patriots often get stuck picking up the tab in racking up humongous personal legal bills to defend themselves. Here the defendants Lake has filed civil action against get we the people paying the freight.

Have a good day

Ms. Lake will be back.

LET’S GO HOBBS

LET’S GO BRANDON

Duh, there is not another election in 2022 or 2023.

duh (1)

No I am talking about other posters who seem to think there is precedent for Kari Lake to replace Hobbs.

Well, DUH.

That will not happen till the next election cycle. Or, maybe Hobbs will do a good job.

LIBS elected the One Horse Dog Face Pony Soldier, Joey “dim-bulb” Biden. HOW IS THAT WORKING OUT?

Pretty well, think you. Dems have passed a whole bunch of legislation that has benefited the public.
Which is funny to see how your side ignores all of it.

@Nemesis - by ‘well duh’ I meant “Of course you were correct that Kari Lake will not be Gov in 2023”. I know you know when elections happen.

Pretty good thanks.

Weird how you feel the need to type that all out each time you mention Biden.
