Unless she has some real tangible evidence then her fighting spirit is nothing more than the inability to admit that in a free and fair election the people decided that Hobbs was their preferred candidate.

How is it disingenuous? What proof did Lake provide that their fraud and intent to defraud her?

I watched most of the two day trial and all I saw was a lot of speculation but no evidence? The Judge’s decision also reinforces no tangible evidence was given.

I agree this trial highlighted additional strengthening of the process that can be done in Arizona but that does not equate to fraud took place.

You also have to ask yourself why Lakes legal team decided not to pursue calling Hobbes to give evidence. If she is thr perpetrator of this fraud then why not get her in court.

Lakes real intent here is to strengthen her MAGA credentials and get herself on a possible Trump Lake 2024 ticket.

There were many exhibits admitted (evidence) as you are probably full aware. The benefit in the long game is IF there are any additional contested elections there. I imagine with court recordings here any county in Arizona that encounters significant trouble going forward will not pretty much get the benefit of the doubt no matter what the circumstance. Fact is Maricopa is poorly run now for both 2020 and 2022. And yet heads still have not rolled…
