The first Democratic presidential debate for the 2020 race for the White House is officially schedule for June 26 and 27 in Miami; taking up two-nights as a handful of candidates hope to win the nomination and take-on President Trump in the coming months.

“The first Democratic debate of the 2020 presidential primary will be held on June 26 and 27 in Miami, NBC News, the host of the debate,” reports NBC News.

“MSNBC and Telemundo will also host. Details on the venue, moderators and timing will be announced at a later date,” confirms the network.

The line-up for which candidates appear on which night will be chosen at random, but each Democrat must qualify by reaching donor, campaign funds, and polling minimums.

The latest polling data shows former Vice President Joe Biden -currently unannounced- leading his potential challengers by “double digits.”
