How did it go from casually drinking at a bar…to waking up the next day w/a scant memory? It makes me wonder if there was a drug used and that this was not the first time. His resignation is possibly to keep others from coming forward?

Hmm, happened in October 2015 and still no charges filed. Sounds like she doesn’t have a case. He didn’t admit the allegations are true just because he resigned. Seeing as how he is married, sleeping with her with her consent could very well be the reason for his resignation.
