But no- Biden isnât going to nominate Obama. He wouldnât be his 10th or even 20th choice.
Oh man, it would be awesome to get him under oath with documents too.
Itâs time to combine stories and send Breyer to the Ukraine to fight against Russia. Justice is ready to be served.
Replace him with Michelle Obama.

well, Fox News heads are already floating a story that Biden will remove Kamala from the VP slot and nominate her because according to Faulkner the nomination has to be âa woman, she has to be black, and sheâs gotta be youngâŚâ

Not unless he has a sex change and full body tattoo work.
His natural calling was to the court.
The only reason he ran for a term was basically because Teddy begged him to. At the time, Teddy was under the impression that Taft shared his ideology.
Found out real quick the two men didnât share hardly any positions in common.
Taft hated being president. He would have been diagnosed with chronic depression if the same thing happened today.
But once he was nominated to the Supreme Court and then took the oath everyone around him said that he âlit up like a child getting a new toy.â
Best thing that could have happened to the man.

Biden will keep his campaign promise of a black woman for the Supreme Court. No reason for him not to do and not keeping his promise would screw his party for 2022 more than it is already screwed.
100% chance the nominee will be a black woman.
65% chance the nominee will be Associate Justice Leondra Reid Kruger of the California Supreme Court. 45 years of age.
34% chance the nominee will be Ketanji Brown Jackson of the D.C. Circuit. 51 years of age.
1% chance the nominee will be some other black woman.

I think itâs a theory that could be credible.

Sheâs too stupid to be VP. Letâs give her a SCOTUS job for life.

Yep, best to get a fresh butt in that seat before the 2022 shellacking begins.

Given the collection of sideshow freaks that have made up Bidetâs appointments so far, this ought to be interesting.

William Howard Taft essentially created the Supreme Court we know today. He did more in his 9 years on the court than some Justices have done in 20 or 30 years.
His pressure on Congress got the Judgeâs bill passed, which changed the vast majority of the Supreme Courtâs docket from mandatory to discretionary, which greatly increased the power of the court. He also almost single handily got Congress to fund the Supreme Court Building, at a time when most of the sitting Supreme Court Justices actually opposed the idea of a separate building. Sadly, he did not live to see it completed.
