No I can guarantee that on paper this nominee will be WELL qualified. They have to be. There is no way a mediocre nominee gets selected. Only mediocre white men get selected to the SC.

That is factual. There has never been an POC or Woman who has been nominated for an SC seat that didn’t have at least a law degree.
