He says it with a laugh. It was a funny joke to him.
Look at the video. He made it s joke. He hated that it might not be all about himself, so he had to turn it into a horrific joke about how super duper he was at turning, and oh my gosh Charlie was so impressed, if only… chuckle chuckle.
