Okay, I’m really peeved! I lost my “SECRET” clearance after separating from the U.S. Air Force. It was really cool to work at Cape Canaveral AFS and watch (from the tall VIB next door to the pad no less) those Titan and Atlas rockets launch regularly. What an awesome view! Anyway, it was a given that I would lose my clearance credentials when I left the Air Force—I accepted it. So why are the “big wheels” who no longer work for the government crying about losing their clearances?
