Out of a dozen…So there were 10 FBI?? All to salvage (in the article) two lesser charges. after an earlier hung jury. There is certain to be an appeal.

And thats the great thing about our jury system. The prosecution never made their case and the jury found them not guilty.

But I am sure those who are celebrating this will forget that when a case goes against someone they think is innocent.

Our jury system is not perfect but its the best we currently have.

Lest we forget -

Eight men were charged on the state level and another six were indicted on federal charges in 2020. Ultimately, nine were convicted or pleaded guilty in the case, and five were acquitted.
