Since no one was convicted in the Whitmer trial and the FBI definitely had people involved in motivating this kidnapping, do the defendants now have legitimate grounds to potentially sue the Michigan government and the FBI?

I do. I can only imagine the multitude of professionals leering at him and telling him he’d spend the rest of his life behind bars. IMO…the roles should now be reversed and the same should happen to these so called professionals who attempted to instigate this whole thing.
