I have to give credit where credit is due. The Democratic Party has found a way to convince swathes of voters that words mean or outweigh actions. I have to hand it to them because they get things done by governing by virtue signaling instead of any meaningful policies that could
help some of the communities who feel marginalized.

It’s much easier and cheaper to rip down statues, be for gender pronouns, be against so-called hate speech, rename a street, protest against a teams name than it is to actually implement something that has any meaningful positive impact for these communities. I am 38 but old enough to remember the long standing phrase “Sticks and stones may break my bones but words can never hurt me.

Seems like everything from the left in the past decade is all about language and no action. Smart but imho harmful to society, especially those younger in college who don’t even know what an opposing view is or stroked a cat in a safe room while a conservative speaker was speaking.

Unfortunately after college and they go into the workforce reality of how the world realty works will be brutal awakening.
