Owner: Indians to keep name through '21 season

Cleveland Indians owner Paul Dolan says the team will play and be branded as the Indians for the 2021 season and that the franchise will not take an interim name, like the NFL's Washington Football Team.

Owner says the name is still in use in 2021. Owner also says “It’s time” to drop the name after meeting with tribes. “The name is no longer acceptable in our world.”

I hope this answers a lot of questions. Or maybe not.

And just because there are some racist caricatures, does not make all caricatures racist. One has to look at what is behind the image, not just the image itself. And more important, one has to use the actual definition of racism rather than one they made up themselves.

Do you even have any idea what retarded means? It means to delayed, ex. retarding food spoilage or in French «etre en retard » to be late.
