Nope…that’s the neocon way. They were the version of “conservative” whippersnappers that immediately preceded you Trumplican whippersnappers. They were also borrow and spenders, but at least they acted like they knew what a moral compass was, even if they didn’t actually have one.
You do know that it’s Congress that taxes and spends, dont you? And while I have not checked, I will bet that most of the tax and spend Republicans are not Trump supporters.
All of them are. They signed the tax cut bill that Trump wanted that didn’t approve corresponding spending cuts, and Trump signed it gleefully. Don’t pretend that Trump isn’t complicit in the borrow and spend culture prevalent among today’s GOP membership.
