When you© see a conspiracy in EVERYTHING, you© start arguing both for and against things you© claim to support.
I think that’s what happened here. The judge said (paraphrased) “if you don’t charge McCabe by November 15th, I’m releasing the information via FOIA regarding his firing” because (direct quote) " …I think our society, our public does have a right to know what’s going on."
And the reason appears to be, as the article states, a “mad effort to find some way to indict Mr. McCabe to appease the president.” If McCabe’s crimes were so flagrant, there would have been charges filed already. So this judge said charge him, or we’ll show EVERYONE the evidence that is the basis for all this. And I don’t believe that would be favorable to Trump.
