It means that he is responsible for whatever crimes are committed in his state. Arrests have already been made.
Gov. Walz and Mayor Frey and other officials have both been subpoenaed by the DOJ. This is part of a federal grand jury investigation. It’s for the crime of …“conspiracy to obstruct Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”
Their guilt for this crime is splashed all over the TV and Social Media.
ICE has arrested 4000 criminals since they started their operation in MN.

Walz campaigned for vice president on his ability to teach others how to open and run day care centers and make a profit.
There is only ONE person at the top of the chain that’s responsible for every one of those agencies to ensure that they are operating at the high level.
