Sounds like you are having a difficult time (understatement I know). Hope you have a support system of some type in place. Worst thing you can do is isolate yourself.

Relationships with parents can be challenging. My youngest and eldest daughter struggle with some of the decisions I have made which has resulted in a fractured relationship at times which I hate.

My youngest has not spoken to me since summer, I understand why she isnt but also doing everything I can to repair the relationship.

Not sure how this helps but I hope you and your dad can work together to finding some common ground.
