BORDER CHAOS: Federal Judge BLOCKS Deportations of ‘Reunited Families’ | Sean Hannity

A US District Court Judge ruled Monday that recently “reunited families” along the US-Mexico border could not be “deported” to their home countries until further review; setting the stage for a high-stakes showdown with the Trump administration.

President Trump needs to grow a pair, ignore this Fifth Column judge, and tell the judge to try and enforce his unconstitutional assumption of federal power.

When are these “judges” going to have to start “interpreting” the laws instead of making new ones? They have gotten out of hand with their rulings. Can’t judges be removed from the bench? I’m just saying isn’t there a process to remove a judge for trying to expand their authority? It’s not their job to create laws but to interpret them according to law, not beliefs.

Yes. They can be removed from the bench via impeachment. The problem is, there are too many Fifth Column Republicans in the House who work hand in hand with the socialist democrat party leadership.

Without a Fifth Column Media, Yellow Journalism, Hollywood, and a corrupted FBI, Loretta Lynch, Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama, would be making license tags in a federal penitentiary

You need two-thirds vote in the Senate to impeach a Federal judge. Maybe its time for another Senate “rule change” so it can be just a majority vote to put the fear of “the law” into political activist judges.

Time to call your Senator, I think I’ll do that right now.

I forgot to add in my reply that a majority vote in the HOR is required to impeach a Federal Judge before it goes to the Senate.

Before you do that, I will point out that requires a CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT, not a simple Senate rule change. The 2/3rd’s majority requirement is in the Constitution.

So that partisan majorities can’t remove judges simply because they disagree with their rulings.
