I have studied human behavior since 1986…and organizational behavior and organizational culture since the 90s. We have not cleansed our systems of racism. We have only pushed passed some bumps in the road. To watch the last month and think we have is kinda short sighted my friend. We have tried in some sense…but we come up short…

Nah…but that’s not systemic racism is it. The system that makes it possible for them to keep this percentage growing is. That you blame on everyone. That is why it is systemic.

Is it? Strange.

That’s pathetic.

Yes we have. The COO is clean.

Blaming it on everyone is not what makes anything systemic.

Gee, thanks Mr. Mod.

Is that why police are shooting unarmed black men and women???

When I’m Mr. Mod, you’ll know it.

Who is the author of that tripe? I wouldn’t let a 9th grader turn that in.

And white men and women?

Dunno… I just thought it was a amusing way to respond to Rose’s question.

Nuancy.

Nope. The second you put Black Lives Matter on it, it was irrelevant. That’s a racist, violent group that I have not one second for.

Is the marriage rate the reason the Opiod Epidemic isn’t another War On Drugs?

The paper isn’t by or about the organization Black Lives Matter.

There isn’t an opioid epidemic.

Whatever you say pal

You haven’t learned from Kung Flu?

How many were unarmed? How many were fighting with the police? How many were fleeing? How many were WHITE? It’s just lunacy to take a look at all of the data and come away with “the police are racist” narrative. Yes, more as a % of the population are shot than 13% BUT… how many interactions are there and what’s the fatality rate per interaction? Nearly 8MM arrests last year, 2.7MM were black. FOUR black people were shot and killed while not fleeing and unarmed. ONE was not threatening cops or physically fighting them at the time she was shot and charges were filed against the cops for murder.

They tested last names.

Megan and Brian were used for the white candidates, and Chloe and Ryan for the black candidates.

Really?
