Black lives. Which is the biggest tragedy?

I have studied human behavior since 1986…and organizational behavior and organizational culture since the 90s. We have not cleansed our systems of racism. We have only pushed passed some bumps in the road. To watch the last month and think we have is kinda short sighted my friend. We have tried in some sense…but we come up short…

Why do you believe systemic racism doesn’t exist?

Because it was cleaned from the system and then some.

Because I read, study, ask questions, think.

I’ve been studying human behavior in systems for 8 years. Complexity theory for over a year.

How many were unarmed? How many were fighting with the police? How many were fleeing? How many were WHITE? It’s just lunacy to take a look at all of the data and come away with “the police are racist” narrative. Yes, more as a % of the population are shot than 13% BUT… how many interactions are there and what’s the fatality rate per interaction? Nearly 8MM arrests last year, 2.7MM were black. FOUR black people were shot and killed while not fleeing and unarmed. ONE was not threatening cops or physically fighting them at the time she was shot and charges were filed against the cops for murder.
