They can sell it to the market at market price. Who decided the Saudis should set the price in the US?
The market sets the price in the US but because the Saudis can quickly add or subtract supply, market price reacts to that supply change.
IMO the worst thing Biden did was squander the domestic energy market growth that happened under Trump.
Energy independence was a big deal WRT foreign policy and relations. Much more than simply affordable energy for consumers.
