If Cash bail is offered to rioters and arsonists… Should their freedom before trial be contingent solely on their ability to pay?
Rich rioters and arsonists get to go free while poor ones sit in jail.
All of this before guilt has been established through due process.
So informing people about a bail fund isn’t letting “rioters and arsonists” free. It is showing that the cash bail system is inherently unfair.
