Biden's Pre-emptive Pardons

Fauci, Milley and Jan 6 Committee.

So he’s saying they did break the law?

Will they all accept?

Is it time to litigate pre-emptive pardons?

I was just reading about this. Biden said he is doing this pre-emptively to protect them from any revenge the incoming administration may try to do.

I have no doubt these pre-emptive pardons will be challenged.

Revenge.

What Democrats accuse you of doing they are already doing themselves.

This is either litigated, or actions of the the entire executive become untouchable.

Does he pardon himself on his way out the door?

Wonder what diversity hire told him he could do this?

He is illegally trying to grant immunity…putting people above the law.

Not a preemtive pardon…illegal immunity.

Biden is a very stupid person.

Mockracy.

That’s what I get out of it.

Why else would they need pardons?

So just as predicted. Jan 6 was all garbage lawfare.

Moving forward…You ignore these illegal pardons as though they don’t exist.

They don’t mean a thing.

They do point to where to start looking for clues and discovery.

One last super stupid move before he leaves.

Let’s Go Brandon.

Though if Trump wants to bring about any investigation or charges against these individuals they cannot ignore the preemptive pardons and will have to challenge them.

If a pardon means admitting guilt then all the J6 pardons Trump will complete later today means they are guilty as well. Cannot have it both ways.

Actualy he just admited that they did something wrong.
He put a bulls eye on their back and if they believe that Trump is a dictator…I can’t see them now sleeping peacefuly.
Biden was better off letting that sleeping dog be unprovoked.
Talk about abuse of the Office.
But regardless…let’s see how many of those bums refuse the Pardon.
I bet none.

Hey…Chaney, Fauchi and others…
Ever heard of " live by the sword-die by the sword " ?

The Jan 6 pardons Trump is expected to offer were already convicted.

So dumb. Like the entire charge and discovery process means nothing.

I get that but the discussion on here has been stating that to accept a pardon you are admitting guilt. Therefore if the J6 prisoners accept a pardon they are admitting that they are guilty of the crimes they are being pardoned of.

No. Let the defendants present their worthless document and see what happens.

No I get it.

Its going to be interesting to see how this evolves.

Most of them pled guilty, to trespassing.

Fighting the DOJ is very expensive.
