Why isnt it? Not that I am arguing your point. My feeling is that if you are firing someone for admitted Marijuana use in the past, you can’t do so unless you have a current positive results…but that’s private sector. I am not sure about the government sector.

I’m sorry but that is employment law. I’ve had to do it…I have had to research it. I know you like be obstinate toward others…but I’ve asked you to explain your reason. I know private sector law. Sure in an at will state you can fire anyone for any reason. But they can still turn around and file a wrongful termination against the employer if policy and laws are not followed.
