I said permanent? Hmm

This case is about past harm under Trump administration child separation policy. If the parent coming forward now still DONT have their kid… that’s an even bigger issue.

But even if they did, they may still have a case for what was done between 2018-20

I could sue the government if they lost my child in their custody. Or if the child died in their custody. Regardless of my jail time.

Remember how Dubya was a war criminal, how he caused 9-11, looked like a chimpanzee, drank the blood of liberty straight from the statue’s neck?

Think about it. Libs were slobbering all over BOOSH the moment he said something negative about the Tweet Meanie. He was instantly redeemed.

Now, imagine how many millions of idiots that voted for the kid sniffer, who aren’t your run-of-the-mill sheople, but who simply fell for the infinite lies of the bootlickers, feeling stupid for replacing an actual President with this trash heap. :man_shrugging:

Doesn’t matter who runs. All they have to do is point out the difference between when America came First, and when the left turned this place into a complete ■■■■ hole.

Not before the federal tort act passed you couldn’t and as I said, that only mentions citizens. Prior to that, sovereign immunity was absolute.

The first wrong…dragging children illegally into America in violation of American law…

The second wrong…awarding this parents a financial windfall of 450000 dollars.

Like I said earlier…the campaign commercials are currently writing themselves.

Oddly enough, these criminal immigrants didn’t even have to die doing anything with actual meaning for the very country they violate. All they had to do was break our laws. :man_shrugging:

That child was an adult… that voluntarily made the decision to sign up to protect this nation.

Dying is the only way to get restitution for wrongs by the government?

Those soldiers who died for our country, voluntarily chose to enter military service with the sole purpose of protecting the US.

But if the government took their kids and then couldn’t reconnect them when they came back… that soldier would be able to sue the government… right?

Those illegals, voluntarily violated our country. They did absolutely nothing for the country, in true freeloader fashion.

Foreign concept, right? lol

Is that what we were doing in Iraq and for two decades in Afghanistan? Protecting America?

(D)epends on what’s being argued of course.

Remember all the Iraqi and Afghan bombs that were dropped in your neighborhood? Yeah, me either.

And they had their kids taken with zero plans to reunite them.

If a solider deployed… and the government had possession of their kid… then lost the kid… the soldier would sue the government… right?

Only because of the passage of the federal tort claim act, which applies to US citizens, not foreign nationals.

As per that article.

They are not being seperated from their parents.

Because their parents aren’t being prosecuted by this admin. If they were, they would be separated because we don’t house children in adult jails.

You’re making hypotheticals about Soldiers like you have any idea what a Soldier is or does, all in a lame attempt to justify a bunch of criminals getting paid more than people who died actually doing something for their country at some point in their lives.

I accept your surrender, fully aware that you’ll just keep carrying on like that one bunny.

You guys keep saying that like it wasn’t determined that in the process of the child separation policy, their rights were not violated.

Don’t violate rights…. And this wouldn’t be an issue.
