You have no idea what you are talking about. There are about 2000 alleged immigrant families being invited to participate and join in on the fleecing of American taxpayers, under the original complainant’s case.

Of course you will. And keep calling others weak. It’s all you have.

What law was broken?

Ok. Thanks.

Due Process

Well, when it comes to equal protection under the law, some are more equal than others. Clearly.

No.

So, in your mind, abiding by our immigration law, and holding those accountable who use fraud to game the system, is a license to treat illegal entrants with any despicable means imaginable?

The Democrat Party Leadership, once an advocate for hard working American citizens and their families, has now GONE MAD

Of course. Citizens.

People. Under the jurisdiction of. Amazing how many claiming to know the Constitution don’t know what it actually says.

Hold them accountable, I have no problem with that. You don’t get to abuse them in the process and you don’t get excused for doing so.

I do know what it says. I’m beginning to think you© don’t know what “due process” means.

That is a small fraction of the millions of immigrants you claimed would be eligible yesterday.

I believe you are making good progress.

I really don’t care what you think. It’s not like you’ve been transparent as far as that goes anyway. You change positions more than women change clothes.

What is due process, according to the law, for illegals?

Ok. Thanks.

Well, perhaps you ought to take some time and read it, and then read all the founding documents, i.e., its legislative history, and then you too would in fact understand the document’s true intentions and meaning.

"The Constitution is the act of the people, speaking in their original character, and defining the permanent conditions of the social alliance; and there can be no doubt on the point with us, that every act of the legislative power contrary to the true intent and meaning of the Constitution, is absolutely null and void. ___ Chancellor James Kent, in his Commentaries on American Law , 1858.

I’d suggest the same. Next time reading ALL of them though, instead of cherry picking from the ones you like.

Not so much on your part.
