Biden vs Sanders vs our Constitution and our derilict Fox News talking heads

It is stunning, and more to the point saddening, to listen to the countless unconstitutional proposals put forth by Sanders and Joe Biden to win an election, and how our personalities at Fox News, especially those who appear on “The Five”, gloss over and ignore the outright unconstitutional usurpations of power being proposed by these two candidates.

Take for example how these two propose to use our federal government’s power to tax and spend to finance public education within the various state borders from birth through 12th grade, and in addition propose to federally finance college education. But where are the words in our Constitution, or evidence from the framing and ratifying debates of our Constitution, that our founders intended to, or agreed to, delegate this power to Congress and nationalize State Public education systems?

Are those who appear on “The Five” at Fox News totally ignorant of the defined and limited powers granted to our Federal Government which were intentionally limited by a list of specific particulars found beneath Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1, and limited in such a manner to preserve and protect “Federalism”, our Constitution’s plan?

Why do those who appear on “The Five” not raise an objection to such proposals which amount to a usurpation of power and are in defiance of our Constitution’s Tenth Amendment?

Public schools systems preempted the adoption of our Constitution and are among those powers “reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.” Why do the talking heads at Fox News repeatedly ignore limited grants powers as distinguished from those retained by the States as articulated in Federalist No. 45?

“The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the State governments are numerous and indefinite. The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce; with which last the power of taxation will, for the most part, be connected.

The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement, and prosperity of the State.”

To continually ignore proposals offered by our socialist/communist inspired candidates as usurping powers not granted, and not confronting these candidates on the constitutionality of such proposals, is tantamount to our media personalities embracing them as being constitutional and giving aid to those intentionally seeking to subvert our constitutionally limited “Republican Form of Government” and replacing it with a Cuban style communist/socialist iron fisted government.

They are not “liberals” or “progressives”. The Democrat Party Leadership is infested with notoriously evil communists and socialists who delude, lure and addict our nations needy with free government cheese.

They are talking heads, not constitutional atty’s or Jurists.

But are they smarter than us.

 not hardly.

Isn’t Ben? :hugs:

Who’s Ben? Shapiro? He’s very intelligent, but not more than you and me. And probably losing it.

The Five’s job is to get ratings. Not to be constitutionally consistent.

Kinda like a certain constitutional lawyer who is quoted here all the time for his constitutional prowess

Obama?

Obama is constantly quoted here for his constitutional prowess? Nah. Marky Mark and the constitutional bunch.

They are a Clear and Present Danger to the Constitutional Rights of the American people!

Your comment indicates one must be an attorney or jurist to understand what is clearly written in our Constitution. Or, perhaps, and more to the point, your aim is to excuse our media personalities for not confronting unconstitutional expenditures which the leadership of both political parties agree to, so long as each gets to participate in the plundering of our national treasury.

Your comment is also exposed as being without foundation because when it comes to eliminating the Electoral College, many of our media personalities suddenly become constitutional scholars, and rightfully defend its constitutional purpose.

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, Article IV, Section 4, U.S. Constitution . . . not a communist/socialist democracy!

No it doesn’t. They are entertainers, talking heads. That’s not their shtick.

Turning to The Five/ cable opinion programs for civics lessons is like turning to the WWE for greco-roman technique.

There are thousands of constitutional professors ready and willing to make a million a year having intellectual debates on television at five-o’clock eastern.

But there are about 10 people who’d watch that. And we’re too busy here.

You are a very confused person. The guarantee of a free press was not intended to create a civics lesson venue. It was intended to protect those who use a “free press” to warn against those in power who use their power to subvert our Constitutionally limited “Republican Form of Government”.

Our Founders intended ordinary citizens to keep and bear arms [a contemporary fire arm used by foot soldiers] so they would be ready and able to defend themselves against a despotic government if necessary. The AR-15-semi is a civilian version of the United States military’s M16 and ought to be kept by ordinary citizens to defend against a tyrannical government.

Cool, I’ll be sure to inform the producers of The Bachelor to get right on that.

I take it you embrace, with open arms, our media remaining silent on Congress’ use of federal taxation to finance unconstitutional corporate and social welfare.

The Democrat Party Leadership has stooped to a new low by turning the impeachment process into a frivolous political weapon, to be use to remove a duly elected president and negate one of our nation’s most sacred features ___ its election process.

Huh?

JWK

so watch Mark Levin instead
