So you’re going to sit here and claim the USCIS isn’t enforcing the law? I mean I already linked their policy and it explicitly states that requesting asylum will not keep someone from being deported if they’re here illegally. What else you got?

You’re going to claim that they are with any efficiency? The courts get backlogged with cases and people overstay. This ain’t rocket science. You can quote all the policies in the book, but if we’re unable to enforce those policies due to bottlenecks in the system, then it becomes amnesty by virtue of turning a blind eye to the issue.

What’s short sighted is expecting the overburdened immigration courts and under budgeted border patrol and immigration/customs department to magically be able to fix the problem without some sort of intervention.

These “dockets” are an attempted fix. But hey, let’s not get behind it because it was put in place by the other team, right? Like I said, I expected the “illegal alien” hawks to be all for speedier deportations, but party before country am I right?

As noted above, the dial-an-asylum plan appears to be a devious one to re-direct the invasion of our country taking place at our southern border, which is very noticeable and is constantly documented with live videos, re-directing the invasion to an inconspicuous entry at our airports and marine terminals where the invasion into the United States of the worlds poverty-stricken will go mostly unnoticed and that is in addition to making it easier for the invasion to continue.

Except a request for amnesty doesn’t stop the process of being deported. If they aren’t being deported it isn’t due to asking for amnesty. It’s because the system is backlogged and we don’t have enough enforcement.

I also don’t remember you guys complaining about their efficiency when they were actively attempting to deport US citizens under the Trump admin. I could be wrong though.
