You are talking semantics. They definitely put it out there. Was it official no. That doesn’t change the facts. Like I said you are being naive.

“So goes California, so goes the Nation.”

 whatever.

There is a process for changing regulations, and that process had not even begun. The rest is hot air.

Yeah … “Executive Orders”

Yes it had begun. It just didn’t get very far. You think the first step iss a bill before congress?

Yowza. For like the FIFTH TIME, there is an established process to make a regulatory change. An offhand comment to the press is NOT a part of that process.

No, but writing a Memorandum to fellow Commissioners titled “NPR Proposing Ban on Gas Stoves (Indoor Air Quality).” would be a good place to start.

Biden himself could yell from the podium at the SoU that he wanted to grab your stove, and that wouldn’t start the clock on the process.

There is an ACTUAL, ESTABLISHED, RULES-BASED PROCESS to effect a regulatory rules change, and none of this is part of it.

And yet, there was a plethora of public comment on it.

And they walked away as soon as they saw the sentiment.

Imagine that!

Dude he was going through the process. Pay better attention or get better news sources. For some reason you think the process starts at the final vote.

That is like saying the jury convicted him of murder but the final process of putting him to death has not started so doesn’t count as death penalty.

Yeah, I am done banging my head against this wall. You are, quite simply, wrong.

But I get it: this hoax has now entered the right wing firmament, and nothing will dislodge it.

Lol you are so ignorant you think the process starts with the final bill and vote. The process had started you are just not man enough to admit you were wrong. It just didn’t go far.

Yes … And an Executive Order is one of established ways to do that. Remember when Trump banned bump stocks?

No you’re not.

Untrue, just talked with my brother on the phone today, he lives in Boulder, guess what you aren’t allowed to put into new houses in Boulder. And it’s not the only place.

Yes, I am only talking about the “ban” referenced in the OP.

And can’t believe conservatives would think anyone would ban their gas stoves, we know. Only problem being all the liberal enclaves that have already banned them with that faulty narrative.

I strongly encourage you to address your concern to the Enclave Commissar, for you see this thread is about the alleged Biden Ban referenced in the title.
