you added nothing. construction was suspended from dec 2019 until dec 2020. that is the fact. the statement fortuna’s continuing work is in relation to the renewed construction after other companies pulled out in jan 2021. you are simply wrong

I did add that Russia continued to work on the pipeline including negotiating with Denmark. But fair enough I concede the point and I was wrong that the work did stop for a year under sanctions and did not resume until 12/11 when Fortuna resumed laying pipe.
