Then how do I know if I am worthy of being if I can’t look at myself in the mirror and Know I have done my very best, have done everything I can to help people and that I am proud of who I am. You have to have that test. If you don’t, then one never is able to truly self reflect.

If one can’t self reflect about oneself, then he or she tends to listen to only what others say about him or her, or about the world in general. I learned quite late in life that it matters what I think about myself or about things in general. That is what makes this place so difficult sometimes.
