If found guilty he should be fired.

Being charged with a felony and the accompanying video is sufficient for immediate dismissal.

The law being what it is…probably better to DRAG it out and get a conviction first.

Maybe… I would let the due process play out… but I doubt that he is long for his job.

Never should have had that position.

Fate has a funny way of sorting things out.

Any ethical person would resign immediately.

When a person is fired, I then examine who hired them and that individual’s skill is also assessed. In this instance, Biden’s dementia explains this beyond goofy hiring.

Why? .

Not exactly a people person or a leader.

Don’t need an advanced degree in HR to see it.

:guide_dog:

Brandon…is that you? :tumbler_glass:

How did they ever identify him from the video?

The Biden administration has a lot of baggage and now we know why.

LOL…Must be dozens and dozens of look a likes at every airport.

How do you know this?

One qualification for the job.

I thought their “graduate degrees in nuclear science and engineering as well as the Technology Policy Program from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and undergraduate degrees in mechanical engineering with a nuclear engineering focus and vocal music performance from Kansas State University” were pretty good qualifications.

I am a people person.

I know stuff.

:luggage:

But you don’t know this person.

That said. They should probably be fired from this position if found guilty.

Better to drag it out with a court case than to ethically resign after this…

“If I had taken the wrong bag, I am happy to return it, but I don’t have any clothes for another individual. That was my clothes when I opened the bag,” he told the police.

Two hours after the interview, Brinton then allegedly called the investigating officer and admitted to not being “completely honest.” According to Brinton, he mistakenly took the navy blue bag due to him being tired from his trip and “got nervous” upon realizing that the bag belonged to someone else when arriving at his hotel room. Not knowing what to do, Brinton then allegedly told police that he left the woman’s clothes in the hotel room drawers and took the bag with him anyway in order to keep up appearances.

Brinton has allegedly not returned the bag to the female victim and police said no clothing was recovered from the hotel room. His first court hearing is scheduled for December 19 in Hennepin County.

The old oopsie wrong bag excuse. Performance level F.

I have taken someone else’s bag by mistake from an airport. It did look similar. I received call from the airport because my bag was still there and another bag was missing. A quick check of one pocket proved it did not contain my things and I returned to the airport and swapped it for my own.

I would be interested to see pictures of both bags to see how similar, or not, they were.
