It wasn’t just Trump’s hostility to illegal caravans that blocked their reaching the US. He made deals with Mexico and Central American countries, using trade as a bargaining chip to resolve this problem. Now Biden will willfully bring back the problem…or lie to his supporters.

Obviously, you don’t know the meaning of the word. Calling the routine migration of hopefuls from Central a caravan is a complete misnomer of the meaning of the word. That is semantics. But I guess, we could chalk it up to politically motivated ignorance as well.
