-A couple thoughts: the medical exception is in the order itself: vax or test. I have mentioned this several times now. In fact, I think it is this fact that may keep the order standing. Although to be perfectly honest, I don’t think that will save it. They for sure will file suit through the 5th circuit, who will for sure deny it. The 5th is Alito’s circuit, and he will back them.

Looks to me like all 50 states adopted mandatory vaccinations. Were we living in some kind fascist state back then? I get that people are not forced to have a flu shot. But I do because I’m around many adults and many kids all year long. But this is not the normal flu season. I heard somewhere that we’re in a pandemic. I haven’t heard previously that ICU units were filling up with regular flu patients.

Those were actual vaccines, not mRNA as this shot is, & while effective for the germ warfare China virus Fauci funded, it gets less & less effective for each variant, ala Israel, it is also dangerous & has killed 15,000 people, so it MUST be a personal choice, not you will lose your job if you don’t take it from a dictator.
