You may have a point. Like if the Supreme Court said he wasn’t authorized to pay peoples school debts, would he just go ahead and do it anyway?

Biden was struck down using the HEROES Act to forgive student loan debt. The other rounds of debt forgiveness have used other laws and regulations.

So no… Biden has not ignored the Supreme Court.

Indeed, Biden is not ignoring the Supreme Court. He is ready to attempt legislation to try to control it.

Nothing has moved the polls for a long time. Not the felony, not Biden’s failures in front of the camera, and apparently not the assassination attempt. It’s like everyone is already set and oblivious to anything that might be expected to change that.

True. Though I think someone like Youngkin could have helped Trump in a close state like Virginia, and he doesn’t need help in Ohio. Part of me thinks the Trump campaign is being a bit overconfident at this point, but I don’t really see how they lose unless Biden drops out.
