I would say much more so than Trump, seeing how Obama was a lawyer and in that loop…I’d be willing to wager that before he ran for POTUS, Trump wouldn’t have been able to name all 9 justices. And it wouldn’t be a long shot to say, that he didn’t even know how many justices were on the bench.

For the same liberals who are claiming that they love the constitution they dont seem to be acting upon it. By trying to hide their choices for the Courts. Is it problary they know because their choices would be problary to socialist on the issues?

I must have missed the part where the Constitution says the minority (or controlling) party must list its potential Supreme Court justices in advance. How many must they list to avoid “hiding” their choices from “the Courts?” Where can I find the list for the Republican party? I think it’s “problary” not there.

last i checked banking laws are pretty much universal. not all the same, but everybody has them
