Best Yoga Position for Beginner

This exercise is very much beneficial for the abdominal muscles as it tightens them. It also works on your shoulders and your back by strengthening them.

For a beginner taking a class with a friend and dropped into the deep end, I would say the Child’s pose because you will need it most of that class to survive ! hahaha My wife has been an instructor for about 20 years now

Pretty sure its corpse pose. Definitely my favorite.
