Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders doubled-down on his calls for universal healthcare across the United States this week; vowing to cap all prescription drug costs at $200 per year.

Sanders offered no details on how the proposal would be enforced, or how his ‘Medicare for All’ plan would finance the prescriptions for millions of Americans.
