BERNIE’S BILLIONS: Sanders Lays Out Plan to TAX AMAZON, WALMART 100% on Workers’ Benefits | Sean Hannity

Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders escalated his all-out war with America’s largest corporations this week; unveiling his plan to tax Amazon, Walmart, and other companies 100% of the total amount of federal benefits received by their workers.

I do agree that no person working for a company as profitable as Amazon should be paid so little, but at the same time, Bernie doesn’t seem to understand that if you raise taxes on a business it will only be passed off to the consumer. He truly is an ignorant idiot when it comes to economics.

This article is highly misleading. When people hear workers benefits, they would naturally assume the corporate benefits such as health care.

Basically Sanders wants to be reimbursed for all the welfare benefits the government provide to their workers since the government basically subsidized their low wages.

His sentiment is fine, trying to end a government subsidy for low wages, but the plan seems very poorly conceived.

Bernie can go scr^w himself. My wife works for Amazon. I had a stroke one week before our insurance kicked in after she was converted from part time to full time. Amazon went and backdated her conversion by a week so the insurance would cover my not insubstantial hospital expenses. Someone needs to take out this used up old marxist rabble rouser and “explain things to him”.

Bernie is such a relic. Bernie learned everything he knows from the three stooges, Marx, Lenin and Stalin. The national debt is 22 Trillion and counting. The US will go over budget 900 Billion dollars this year twice as much as before. Our total budget is 3.8 Trillion dollars per year but we’re going 900 B over so 4.7 Trillion dollar budget per year. Sanders, Ocasio-Cortez, Warren, Beto, Nixon and many other Democrats want to add free medicare for all. This would cost approximately 30 Trillion over ten years or 3 Trillion per year, so the 3.8 tillion budget jumps to 6.8 trillion then they want to offer free housing, free college and guaranteed income. All of this would run the cost up by 150% making it 15 Trillion per year. Nearly as much as the whole deficit. Taxes would have to be so high the Federal government would in essence own every business and institution in the country.
