Easy…last job I made 25 an hour running a crane. Other crane jobs in the area start at 20 and up on the low end and go over 30 to 40 on the high end.

The simple fact is this job isnt paid properly. It should be a mid 20 an hour job or more. We run this mill. We dont move you get shut down.

And I havent even touched the ■■■■ insurance I have. For the amount of money they make they could afford better insurance. It just pushes me towards a single payer system so I dont have to deal with this crap.

It’s basic math. You only have so many teaching positions, so many retirees, and you balance that against the number of new teachers graduating each year.

People graduating with teaching certificates is not the same thing as people in the labor market trying to become a teacher.

Anyone else want to point out that there are a lot of really, really, REALLY BAD teachers out there.

That is the effect not the cause. Get ■■■■■■ pay, get ■■■■ on by idiots. Doesn’t exactly draw the best people. It startles me that there are as many good teachers (and contrary to the idiots, there are many) as there are.
