Holder ignored congressional subpoenas. Many people in the Biden-Harris administration have done the same. Bannon was sent to prison even though he testified. It is time for equal justice.

Of course, convicting a Democrat with DC jury is about like convicting a white man of rape of black woman in the Jim Crow South. Democrats put themselves above the law.

There are a lot of gray areas in executive immunity. Bannon asked the courts to decide before he testified, but instead he was indicted and forced to testify anyway.

The same precedent should apply to Democrats. Subpoena them and if they claim executive immunity, indict them and force them to testify. Then throw them in jail anyway.

Even with the murkiness of it… it is clear that Bannon doesn’t have it since he wasn’t part of the executive branch.
