Aug 2 BLS Jobs Report: American-born labor getting MAULED!

I see completely. The Bible does not say “hire this man instead of that man” to anyone anywhere. It directs the ancient Israelites to provide for such person out of their own personal charity. If those bible commandments (to others) apply to us today they would mean hire legally (do not exploit foreign labor) and then pay 10% of one’s gross as charity.

No I am advocating people who run a criminal enterprise, criminally exploiting illegal labor and criminally depriving Americans of jobs should be treated as criminals.

Everyone knows the only people who go into the military are stupid and have no other options.

Nearly 350,000 Americans settled for part-time jobs in July according to Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) data released Friday.

The U.S. unemployment rate rose .2% to reach a near three-year high of 4.3% in July, with just 114,000 nonfarm payroll jobs being added, well below the 179,000 jobs added in June, according to the BLS. Meanwhile, the number of American workers employed part-time because their hours were reduced or they could not find full-time jobs increased by 346,000 to 4.6 million, raising the specter of recession, according to economists who spoke to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

No, it doesn’t. It tells me to treat the foreigners among us as I treat my own. It also tells me to treat widows and orphans well

Odd that you consider gleanings they still have to pick as “charity.”

If I treat foreigners amongst me as my own, I can’t deny them the means to provide for their families because the state failed.

 No. How they got among us is not my problem. That they are incurs responsibilities for me.

The state failed to seal the border, arrest the criminals who exploit illegals and failed to deport illegals. That’s like a wealthy/middle-class brothel owner saying “I only hire these girls because the government failed to triple welfare checks to illegals.”

You wanna follow the bible? Run a legal business and give 10% of your gross to the poor including impoverished illegals.

They are starving?
Or
They are hired because people (who don’t tithe 10% of their gross to the poor) want to run an illegal business?
LOL

Stop taking 30%.

You are free to believe whatever you want. You are not free to call me a traitor or put me in prison for giving a man a job.

one of the problems here is the state

They say it is unlawful to knowingly hire an illegal alien and provide penalties for doing so. Then they make it impossible to actually detect whether an illegal alien is applying for a job with the regulations they set up for I-9 processing. As an employer, you cannot question the documents your provided with so long as they are on the list of acceptable documents. This makes it impossible to detect until months later when the government informs you about a SS not being valid (if they ever do). Hence, you might “know” they are illegal, but you don’t “know” they are illegal.

Another problem is some employers

Some employers knowingly hire illegal aliens. The I-9 is essentially a paper drill. By the time the government informs you of the “error” the illegal has moved on or is ready to provide new “correct” documents and start the process all over again. As an employer you have a civic responsibility to obey the law. Knowingly doing this dance is not only a violation of the law, but a failure in civic responsibility. Albeit one the government makes it nearly impossible to uphold.

The system is broken. Business owners are not responsible for it, but they are complicit in wanting to keep it broken as they benefit from it being broken. The fix is easy.

  1. Secure the border
  2. Mandate SS verification in the hiring process
  3. Biometric ID for non-citizens
  4. Make it a Felony for an illegal alien to provide false documents for employment and suspend sentencing on deportation to be served upon re-entry
  5. Make it a felony to knowingly hire illegal aliens and provide severe fines for those who do it with prison sentences for repeat offenders.

I am not putting you in jail.
I am advocating the gov’t should do that.
You be fined $3,000 for every instance you ever hired an illegal plus serve up to 6 months in prison,

I am advocating that Joe Biden et al follow the law.
When Donald Trump is president I will advocate he follow the law.

What? You must be kidding.

It is. Or PIN.

Fascism

Fascism

Nonsense.
Lots of non fascist countries have immigration and employment laws.

Lots of criminals will realize “but but but then I’d have to open a different type of business, or scale back my business or . . . gasp . . . work with my hands!” They promptly break the laws and make excuses. “Gasp! Our welfare payments are far too low. The checks are far too small.”

We’re gonna have to give government more power and money to fix what the government broke.

And we’re gonna have to jail a LOT of Americans in the process.

The government already has enforcement power. We won’t have to give them any more.

As for jailing? My only hope is that they are jailed just long enough that they go out of business and are replaced by honest pro-American law-abiding entrepreneurs. . . . If meanwhile they miss a few house payments and pay a fortune to their criminal defense lawyers?
Well that’s one them for breaking the law.

Yes we will. You know this. I know this. The government knows this.

Putting producers in jail for state failures is fascism.

Fascism.

Putting criminals in jail.

“But but but . … I hired someone as part of my crime. I had crook working for me.” was not an excuse for John Gotti and should not be an excuse for anyone else.

Is this wrong?
