There is no evidence that Dominion voting machines altered votes. The situation that happened in Antrim County, MI was a human error and has been explained several times around here. Link
In Pennsylvania, Trump won 12 out of the 14 counties that used the Dominion machines. Trump got 51.87% of the vote from those 14 PA counties while Biden got 46.43% of the vote from 14 of those PA counties. In the 53 PA counties that didn’t use those Dominion machines, Trump got 48.1% of the vote while Biden got 50.86% of the vote from those 53 PA counties.
In Wisconsin, Trump got about 58% of the vote from the counties that used Dominion machines there.

I haven’t seen an explanation of why postal voting in the USA is so susceptible to vote fraud whereas in other jurisdictions this isn’t the case.

There is a hunch that it is.

That’s all there is.

France banned it in 1975 for example. Italy doesn’t do it. Spain either. They say it is too susceptible to fraud.

Common sense should tell you it’s a bad idea. For this reason alone. As the main breadwinner in my family, I would have zero problem forcing my wife and adult children to fill their ballots out as instructed and return them to me. I wouldn’t, but I easily could. And there are a ton of women is situations where their men aren’t as nice as I am.

Already addressed, they have ample power to deal with abusive husbands, many women do not. Nor can their husbands cast their votes for them. Would you want senators to mail in their votes?

because Biden was vaccinated twice before taking office. it had been approved by all 50 states days before his first shot. the vaccine was being distributed by the tens of millions. about 9 million had been vaccinated by his second shot.
