There is a hunch that it is.
That’s all there is.
No. I certainly didn’t say that.

France banned it in 1975. Italy doesn’t do it. Spain either. They say it is too susceptible to fraud.

Is our election system like mid 1970’s France?
As long as Florida, Utah and Washington(I don’t remember anyone complaining about these states using it) can use it then Pennsylvania should be able to as well.

Common sense should tell you it’s a bad idea. For this reason alone. As the main breadwinner in my family, I would have zero problem forcing my wife and adult children to fill their ballots out as instructed and return them to me. I wouldn’t, but I easily could. And there are a ton of women in situations where their men aren’t as nice as I am.

Ah… the sociopath excuse.
How many sociopaths does it take to swing an election?

You think physically abusive men are above controlling who their wives vote for? How many of them are there estimated to be again? How many millions?

You tell me.
You are the one making the claim that politically engaged sociopathic men can swing an election if there is all mail in ballots.
So how many do you think it would take?
zantax

Far less than the number of men who physically abuse their wives that’s for sure. And then add in the ones who aren’t physically abusive but still controlling. There are plenty of women who have to lie to their husbands about who they voted for.
And was that the N word he said the other day. OMG!!!

So really how many are needed over several States to swing an election?
Wisconsin was razor thin. Enough to swing an election there?
Are there enough in Georgia to swing things?
Enough in Pennsylvania also?
How many politically engaged sociopathic men do there need to be to swing a national election?

Given the size of the pool there are more than enough to do it.

And no, you don’t have to be a sociopath to commit that crime.

Nah man… forcing someone to vote for someone they don’t want to is straight up sociopathy.
That article though
You think that that is proof that there is a sociopathy constituency that could swing the vote to the next Trump?
Still not a firm number.

You might want to look up the word sociopath because apparently you don’t know what it means. Every criminal is not a sociopath.

Truly we are not going to argue about that when the claim about sociopathic abusive men being able to swing a National election is on the table.
Since there hasn’t been a number given of how many instances of marital election abuse would have to occur to swing an election the how about this?
Is there any evidence in the States where all mail in voting is the norm where this type of abuse takes place in numbers that are enough to swing the election?

You assume such women are in a position to report it.
There’s a form of voter intimidation that widespread and unacknowledged. It’s the husbands who bully and silence and control their wives, as witnessed by dozens of door-to-door canvassers across the country I heard from.
Melody told me: “I say I’ve come by to speak to Donna. ‘No, she doesn’t want to speak to you.’ I consider saying, ‘Looks like this house is kind of purple, since Donna is a Democrat.’ But then I think, ‘Maybe he doesn’t know. Maybe she just goes into that booth and votes the way she wants without telling him.’ But what if she doesn’t go into a booth? What if they vote at the kitchen table? Does he supervise her ballot? Is she afraid to fill it out according to her own wishes rather than his?”

Also from that article.
So is that lack of knowledge enough to stop mail in voting?
What about the states where mail in voting is the norm?
Are those elections illegitimate?

And you might want to note who I am arguing would most likely resort to and benefit from it.
