I’m still waiting on the Durham report. Hopefully, even if it doesn’t bring out a lot of new information, he will do a better job of reaching a conclusion than at least one other not too far distant report did.

I was just pointing out that by the time she made that statement… Trump had already asked Russian to find her emails and her emails had already been hacked. Which was common knowledge by then.

To all but those who hated Trump the dossier was questionable to begin with. If Democrats had released it right before the election, they would have been asked to do something they were not able to do over a three year period…document the truth of any of the damaging parts. It would have looked like what it was…a hit piece…and it would have backfired. That is why it wasnt released.
If they had found something that could be documented, it would have been released.
And remember, by October 2016 they knew they were going to win. It was all over. And the tapes of Trump bragging about touching was the October surprise to end the whole thing.

Ask yourself why the Hillary campaign and the DNC would pay for a dossier like this if not to use in the campaign. In the end, they got nothing they could use and they didn’t think they needed it anyway.
