Cognitive ability is a reality as well. And there is some degree of a hereditary element in it. In my opinion an extremely large element.

In order to validate this claim, you would have to prove that somebody was denied the opportunity to apply in favor of a legacy; and nothing else.

Then you would need to prove they were denied in favor of a legacy; and nothing else.

I don’t think you have or can prove either one.
