Well that’s a given. The Senate didn’t go for the impeachment of Trump twice. But the media wet themselves over it. I’m looking forward to the sensationalizing of the Mayorkas impeachment he being a J’Biden appointee and all.

that general perjury comes with a maximum five-year prison sentence and potential fine. The same basically goes for not telling the truth to Congress, even without an oath. However, if the lie under Section 1001 involves terrorism, the maximum prison sentence rises to eight years.

The protector in chief will never allow him to be held accountable and the media will portray his rightful impeachment as a partisan witch hunt.

Mayorkas is a disgusting fraud who has no business heading up a department of the federal government that is supposed to be in charge of “Homeland Security”, since the reality is that on his watch more than 100,000 Americans are dead from drugs crossing the border, more than 5 million migrants have crossed the border including hundreds of thousands of “gotaways” who completely escaped any kind of processing, and he has lied both to the Congress and to the country about about the out of control state of our nations southern border security.
Sadly even if the House votes to remove him the Democrats in the Senate will see that he stays on the job, which is sad because he’s both a liar and is responsible along with Biden and Harris for implementing the most pathetic southern border policy of our lifetimes.

Rodeo beat me to it. The “whipping of migrants” was Mayorkas’ most compelling bald faced lie. He wouldn’t even stand up for the people who worked for him. Instead he ran with the partisan hit job like the bureaucratic no scrotum ass he is.
To date, the inept oaf Mayorkas hasn’t even issued an apology.
