Arms Vaults in Schools?

I think more problematic is the liabillity.

Who is responsible when a teacher goes ■■■■■■■ crazy and unlocks the safe and BECOMES a shooter?

Or when a teacher, with most likely a lesser degree of training than LEO, mistakenly hits and kills a kid while trying to stop a shooter?

A least once a year someone in our HS broke the glass and set of the fire alarm.

It’s an arms race.

We’ve decided to do nothing about restricting access to these weapons, so now everyone needs one or two…every cop, the teachers, the janitors, the students…

There would be no legitimate reason for the school to have access to the Arms safe. I would be very surprised if anyone in the school system actually had access to it. I would predict the person that would have access to be the watch commander of the emergency response center. That person would forward on the access credentials to the responding officers.

Red and Sneaky were discussing giving access to teachers and staff.

I would expect that vault credentials would be given out from the Watch Commander when the threat was verified.

Good plan. I like it

Was I?

yes you were.

If you don’t understand, it’s better to ask.

Red said teachers and admin should have access to the vault.

You said they are not ready for that.

You both were discussing it.

Stop trolling.

Worry about your karening.

Seems to be a pattern…
