When itās not. Felon. Mental problems. Etc.
The 2nd is not all encompassing.
Thatās pretty obvious.
Ever read Scalia and heller.
Very enlightening.

I should have known better.
Nope. Legally armed citizens going about their business. Not only was the state interference a burden, it was unconstitutional. An infringement, if you will.
Please note: I say this without having viewed any body cam footage, I have no idea what the actual interaction was like.
āLike most rights, the right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited . [It is] not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose.ā

You will find that cuts no ice around here.

Trust me, Scalia wasnāt on your side. He was attempting to carve out disallowing guns in the hands of known criminals and people adjudged as mentally deficient, not providing an argument to take everyone elseās right to firearms away.

Itās crystal clear. Laws can be used to regulate guns.

The thing is, you need a permit to transport in many MA municipalities.
Super easy to circumvent. Itās how flea market AKs in Hollis, NH end up in New Haven, CT.
What you donāt do is pull over on I-95, just over the MA border, to gas up from portable fuel containers, dressed in camo, and rifled up. That puts you in legal trouble. And itās going to get seen.
Also.
There are huge State Police complexes at the big highway crossings (95, 395, 84, 91) into Massachusetts. Like, super big and very obvious.
Bad places to larp in public. Just stupid.
And my point is, our conservative friends insist that they should be allowed to go anywhere with their ARās, no restrictions, forever and ever, amen.
Fine.
Our PoC friends in the Moorish club should be extended the same right. Forever and ever, amen.

Hereās the federal law regarding interstate transportation of firearms:

And it would help to know if some do or donāt want statesā rights.
Or does that pertain only to certain issues?
There was police questioning. Neither side gave the other a hard time.
No one was injured or killed. They go before the judge on Tuesday.
Sounds like a good ending to a story thatās strange in multiple ways.
Black guy asks for dog,to be leashed. (A NYC law)
White gal thinks itās the end of world as we know it.
If you see something say something indeed. He saw a dog running loose and asked for him to be. Leashed.
The only difference is that he took it upon himself instead of sicing law enforcement on her.

Yepā¦and look at the placement of that picture with in the content of the article. Notice how far into it, itās placed? If the perps were white, it would be front and center and identified as white in the headline and labeled with a derogatory description.
