So for one side, Trump was (presumably) referring to people who showed up to defend Confederate statues out of their race-neutral concern for history and heritage. Who are the other “very fine people” and why are they very fine? Does anyone here agree with him about that?

I do…having a public debate on whether the statues remain is acceptable discussion. Vandalism and destruction from mob rule isn’t.
