Hunter Biden is not Billy Carter. Hunter traveled with Joe on Air Force 2 when Joe was VP, and he attracted huge sums of money from foreign governments and foreign businesses.

Hunter’s only real qualification for the massive windfalls appears to be selling access to Joe, who reportedly got a cut in the deal. Most of the money came from China.
